Within the UK
If you live within the United Kingdom, shipping is free for orders £100 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of £6 to pick, pack and post your order.

Outside of the UK
Live overseas? We calculate all international shipping on your checkout. Simply enter in your shipping details to see postage costs. Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be applicable are responsible and payable by the customer.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours and dispatched from our warehouse, Monday through Friday.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
Once your parcel has left our warehouse it’s in the hot little hands of the trusty couriers. Whilst we’d love to guarantee quick and speedy 2 day delivery times, we unfortunately cannot, as we are in the hands of our courier partners. They are usually excellent with all our parcels. However, if it’s been a few days and you’re worried, please do email info@aeos.net with your order / tracking number and we will happily reply as soon as possible. Tracking numbers are included on your “Shipped” email.

Do you have a returns policy?
Any unused product(s) may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note, returned product(s) MUST be in original condition, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit (so please pack your returned goods properly), or product(s) received more than 7 days after delivery date. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To begin the process of returning product(s) please email info@aeos.net with the reason why you would like to return the product(s) and we will provide you with a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and the next steps. Please do not send product(s) back to our warehouse without a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER.

It appears that there is a missing product(s) from my order. What do I do?
Our warehouse team take great care in preparing your order, and to-date we have a pretty impressive track record, as the orders are double checked by our staff. However, if you do happen to discover any incorrect, missing or damaged product(s) please email info@aeos.net within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery and we’ll happily look in to it immediately.
